The yellow-billed stork

I was watching one of my favorite Explore webcams, the Africam Tau cam, when I saw these amazing tall white birds with long, thick, yellow beaks.

They reminded me of Garfield Goose.

I did a quick web search and learned they were yellow-billed storks.

I was so captivated, and delighted to get to find out so quickly what they're called, and to learn more about them.

I am grateful for the Explore cams, and for Wikipedia, and for the excellent and varied creatures that inhabit this enormous world.
